Ray has been a licensed real estate agent for 31 years. He has served on several Committees/Advocacy Groups for the Virginia Association of Realtors including Legislative, Professional Standards & Arbitration, Grievance, Standard Forms, and he has served on several committees such as the Board of Directors and held the offices of Vice President, President-Elect, and President of the Blue Ridge Association of Realtors. He is presently a trained mediator, is a reserve panel Chairman for V.A.R. Professional Standards & Arbitration Hearing Panels. Ray is also a certified Ethics instructor and teaches Pre-licenses courses. Ray is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate marketing Association, V.A.R. Commercial Council, and the Winchester-Frederick County Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership Program Alumni and is on the Board of Directors of the Winchester-Frederick County Chapter of Kids Voting USA.

Ray has taught several licensing courses for the Shenandoah Valley Training Center, and our students always find him to be a great teacher.
